Sally is a passionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist with a genuine love for supporting people make meaningful changes in their lives. She has a warm, welcoming and professional style.
Sally has over 15 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist helping children, adolescents and adults thrive. She has a broad range of experience with roles in private health, public hospitals and community centres, and non-government organisations. Sally has worked in Australia, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and the Pacific. She has a PhD focused on mental health intervention to support families that have experienced trauma and adversity in humanitarian settings.
Sally uses a collaborative and integrative approach, drawing on techniques from a variety of evidence-based psychological therapies to tailor therapy to address the unique needs of each individual. She values building a strong therapeutic relationship and prioritises achieving meaningful outcomes through valuing the clients own knowledge and lived experience together with the therapists expertise.
Sally has always been fascinated by how we humans think, feel, behave and relate to one another. She continues to develop this passion through ongoing research, collaborations with peers, and lifelong learning.
