Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a 100% cancellation fee.

How many sessions will be required?

The number of sessions required varies greatly and depends on numerous factors. Many people feel benefit after just a few sessions. Other people feel benefit from longer term therapy. Some people attend several courses of sessions over their life, taking breaks in between to practice the skills and strategies they have learned. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. For this reason, the quantity and frequency of sessions will be reviewed collaboratively between you and Sally as the therapy progresses.
